Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition

It was so much fun last year, I'm going back to the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition.  Now in its 7th year, this will be held in the Utah desert from June 21 to 23.  Student teams will bring their rockets to compete in one of two categories.  Basic rockets will attempt to carry a 10 lbs payload to 10,000' and return it safely.  Advanced rockets will attempt the same feat to 25,000'.  This year promises an exciting mix of commercial solid motors, student built solid motors, student built hybrid motors, and student built liquid engines.  I shall be there to enjoy the spectacle, to help  judge the competition, and to dispense what wisdom and advise I can.
